We provide a 1- year warranty for all our products against manufacturing defects for any issues arising due to the design or materials used. The warranty is not applicable for damages caused due to improper usage of the product, usage of product beyond its intended use or due to wear & tear in the due course of product usage

If you receive the product in a damaged condition during transit or if you find it defective, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. In this case, please raise a return request by email with your Order ID and a couple of damaged screenshots @ returns@jfamodfurn.in. We assure the replacement of the product, if you produce the RETURN REQUEST within 48 hours of Installation of the product, if the replacement is not possible from our side the Money will be refunded to you. We will respond your mail back within 24 hours of how to return the product or how we will collect it from your end and with the options of Full refund or Replacement of a product. Depending on the shipping availability we will arrange our courier partners to collect the product or you will return us by yourself. Either our logistic partner picks up the item or it is sent by you, we will notify you the Refund Confirmation within 24 hours upon receipt of delivery. The Payment will get reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
