Terms and Conditions


We thank you for having purchased our product which are made in the state of the art factories. Our furniture are covered under warranty against any defect arising out of faulty or defective material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR (12 months) from the date of the purchase. In case of glass items for glass tops other similar breakable items no warranty is offered. Any defective (as mentioned above) furniture will be repaired free of cost provided the original purchase invoice is sent along with the defective product.


1. This warranty is not valid for / does not cover

1a. This Warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.

1b. Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, tampering, un-authorised, repair, failure to follow instructions, lightning, fire, water, natural calamities, or other acts of god.

1c. Damage resulting from modifications done on the product after purchase.

1d. This warranty does not cover glass and plastic parts.

2. The customer care will advise the customer whether to execute the repair at side or at the customer care center.

3.a. The customer shall take the responsibility to deliver the furniture at the customer care center and collect it back after repair.

3.b. If customer chose to opt for company services for transporting the furniture to & from the customer care center nominal transportation charges will be applicable

3.c.After 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase inspection charge will be applicable.

4. Due to product development from time to time raw material used for attending the complaint may change accordingly. The company reserves the right to use similar quality material as available, to attend the complaint whenever the same material originally given to the customer is not available.

5. While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, it is made clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in specified period of time.

6. The company reserves the right to retain any parts or components replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the furniture during the warranty period.


    1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
    2. Balance payment, if any - if by cash two days before delivery. If by Cheque -  delivery on realization.
    3. 2% dimensional tolerance is permissible.
    4. Prevailing Tax rate at the time of delivery will be applicable.
    5. Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
    6. Claims if any must be informed to us immediately on receipt of the goods.
    7. Our risk & responsibility cases on delivery of the goods to carrier.
    8. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
    9. All disputes, if any under if any under this bill will be settled at Chennai courts only.
    10. Warranty covers Manufacturing & Material Defects only.
